However, do be aware that some items on this website are handmade or have handmade elements, and therefore you should expect some slight variation in terms of colour, size and finish.
I have taken every care to ensure that the photographs on the website are as accurate as possible, but colours can change depending on the quality of the ambient light and the reproduction of colour on a computer can depend on factors beyond my control such as the age and quality of the monitor used to view the image, so if you wish to buy something like a painting, I do recommend that you arrange an appointment to view the artwork in person.
If you are at all unhappy, or if something is found to be faulty I can refund anything you buy from me as long as the item is returned, well packaged and within 28 days. I regret that I can't refund any postal charges you incur as a result of this, so please buy with confidence.
For reasons of health and safety I cannot accept returns of earrings.
If you choose to pay by cheque we will keep any personal details other than your name, address and e-mail only for as long as it takes us to process the payment.
PayPal automatically calculates your shipping and handling charges. Orders up to the value of £ 32 will be sent first class, but more expensive orders will be sent by Royal Mail next day delivery or ParcelForce 48 Hour as appropriate. This provides the added assurance of tracking, signed-for delivery and insurance of up to £ 500. This will cost extra, but it means that we will be able to refund your money without hassle if something gets lost or damaged in the post. If you would like to make any special arrangments for delivery, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
International orders are very welcome, however, for reasons best known to themselves, PayPal UK are unable to offer a button which adjusts postage for different regions, therefore we are no longer able to offer international postage via the paypal button. If you require delivery outside the UK please either purchase your items via my Etsy shop, which automatically calculates international shipping rates, or contact me for an invoice: email@example.com. Please, if you require delivery outside the UK do not order from me using the PayPal buttons as we will be unable to fulfil the order at that price. Any money already paid under these circumstances will be refunded.
We are a small business and while this enables us to provide a more personal service than many other internet based traders we do ask people to understand that we do not have the resources of our larger competitors. On the other hand, we can tailor our service to suit you - if you have any special postage and packing requirements please let me know.
